Presenting of Colors and Pledge request for Cubs at TUMC

Pack 4600 leaders,
Today, I received a call from, Gaylen Johnson, the President of the Forest Ridge HOA (the neighborhood where we do Scouting for Food). The HOA is having a monthly meeting at TUMC on Monday, March 30, 2015 and has requested that Pack 4600 conduct a flag ceremony and say the Pledge of Allegiance for the opening of the HOA meeting. Our participation should not take more than an hour, and can fulfill various dens requirements for citizenship.
Please contact your scouts and parents, and please respond to me via email to confirm if you will or will not be able to attend.
We basically need a MINIMUM of 3 Cub Scouts, but we need Color Guard escorts as well.
