TIME IS RUNNING OUT - THANKS FOR HELPING

All,

Our charter organization, St. John's Episcopal Church, has invited us all to attend a Scout Sunday celebration on Sunday, February 5th at 10:00 AM.  The mass will celebrate the birthday of scouting and draw parallels between religious lessons and scouting.  The mass will be designed to interest the scouts and draw parallels to scouting.  A SCOUT IS REVERENT and can appreciate the differences in the celebrations of other religions.

Thank you for attending and helping out with this event.  Without St. John's we could not exist as a troop!  Not only do they support us on paper, they also provide us with the "Fun Box" (our storage shed), the meeting hall, kitchen AND numerous opportunities for service/Eagle projects.

There are opportunities for scouts and parents to participate in many ways.  Please review the Scout Sunday Sign Up Genius and see how you can help.   I would like to see scouts involved in all parts of the event.

Following the mass, the troop  and congregation will gather in the hall for coffee and refreshments.

MEET:  Feb 5th, St. John's Church @ 9:30 AM

UNIFORM:  CLASS A with neckerchief

MASS:  10 AM

GATHER:  11 AM (after mass)

I look forward to seeing you there!

Yours in Scouting,

Sean
