 I hope this email finds you well. Unfortunately, I am not feeling well and need to cancel tonight’s pack meeting.

I apologize for the short notice. I’ve been under the weather all week. We will meet next week  March 2nd 7 pm at Point Road Multi purpose room. ( If I can get it approved) I am really sorry for the inconvenience. I will be in touch as soon as I feel better.
