Blue and Gold

Hi everyone

So Blue and Gold as well as rank advancement and Webelos crossover is coming up this Friday night. I really hope Everyone can attend. It remains to be seen whether this is the last event of the year or possibly the last event for Pack 347 as a whole. Either way I hope you can make it.

First the details:

Dinner and the reception will start at 6:00pm with food and dinner first. Please bring drinks for your family and guests. Everything else will be provided.

The awards and cross over will start around 6:45.  Members of Troop 347 will be there to receive the new Boy Scouts.

Setup will start at 5:00 at the church if you wish to come and help.

FINALLY, (and no I am not yelling at you, just emphasing this) WE NEED TO GET A HEAD COUNT FOR EVERYONE COMING SO WE HAVE ENOUGH FOOD. PLEASE REPLY TO THIS EMAIL WITH WHETHER OR NOT YOU ARE COMING AND HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL BE IN YOUR PARTY. THIS MEANS YOU NEED TO RESPOND EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT PLANNING TO COME. CURRENTLY WE ARE EXPECTING EVERYONE AND WE JUST NEED TO TOTAL NUMBER IN YOUR PARTY.

Some people have asked about tickets for tonight. We did not sell tickets this year. All of the food has already been ordered. If you could plan to bring money tonight it will be collected. $5 for adults and all kids of all ages are free. Water and Juice drinks will be provided but feel free to bring your own. Cupcakes for dessert. And there will be gluten-free offerings for both Pizza and dessert.
