End of year picnic and crossover

Reminder that the end of year picnic is THIS Saturday starting at 530 at the Harlem Park on ST RT 605 across from the fire station. All scouts will be getting their rank as well as new materials for next year.

The Pack will be providing the plates, silverware, cups etc as well as juice to drink. We would like everyone else to bring something to share. Rather than assign certain people to certain foods, please reply to this email and tell us what you are bringing to share. If you can make a large main course that would be great. I know everyone has a busy schedule for the end of the year, so premade or catered items is totally acceptable. We also need a head count and as always siblings, family, and friends are welcome to attend. Just let us know who is coming.

Please try to reply by Friday so we have an idea of how much food to bring.

Hi! Landon Metzger is not going to be able to attend the picnic. We will be out of town that day for a family event. 

Dean Lewis might be able to pick up materials for Landon and get them to us?

Hello Again

I know are numbers are few, but we still have not gotten any positive responses to attending the picnic Saturday. While I would love to have all the boys there to celebrate and recognize their accomplishments, I do understand it is a busy time of year. So please let us know either way whether you can attend and we will make plans accordingly. Den leaders can always plan a summer activity to hand out awards and new books.
