So the week is here. Recruiting Night is this Wednesday at the Harlem Rd Church. The advertised start time is 6:00 pm. but I would love to see as many people as possible by 5:30. I will be at the church off and on from about 3:00 on to set up. If you have some time or are available, I would love the help. 614-496-2615

So here is what we have and what we need:

800+ Flyers sent home from school with all boys from Hylen Souders, Big Walnut Elementary, Intermediate and Middle Schools.

30+ yard signs should be up around the town. Let me know if there are any that have not been distributed. 

Food is coming from Fracasso's Pizza and Big Walnut Grill. Looking for someone that can pickup from one or both places around 530 Wednesday evening. Please let me know.

Drinks and utensils etc. should be already purchased from Costco. Please let me know if we are missing anything in terms of drinks, ice, cups etc.

Activities will be split between the Cub Scouts and the Boy Scouts. As follows:

Pinewood Derby Track - Please bring a car or two so kids have a choice of cars to race. If anyone has an extra kit and can assembly a plain car with just the block of would it would be nice to show people how the cars start out before they are built.

Rain Gutter Regatta - Please bring boats if you have them

Paper Airplanes

Rocket Launches - Please bring any "A" engine rockets you might have as well as any engines. Harry A.

Outdoor Camp Display with fire ring and donut making

Duct Tape Wallets - Do we have the duct tape? Tom L.

Eagle Scout Table and Display

Sign up/Registration Area

Food and Eating Area

We need as many people as possible, both Scout and adults to help with these areas. Scouts are expected to be in full uniform with everything tucked in and looking good. 

I hope everyone can make it on Wednesday. This evening dictates the future of Pack and Troop 347. Please let me know if you can come, what you can bring, and what you would like to help with.

Update on tonight. So far all we are looking for is something that can be used as targets for the Nerf gun shooting range. Does anyone have any targets that could be set up to get knocked over? 

Second, the weather is looking pretty good right now. I got a couple of very small mini kites that we can use outside. 

As I stated below, I will be over at the church around 300 and after. Many things to set up. Please let me know if you can help.
