Pack 160 December Parent meeting & Pack Meeting

Hello all,

Thanks to all we helped with the scout table at the Thurston Bazaar yesterday! 

December is quickly flying by and we have a few announcements. I've also attached an updated calendar.

1) Please note that our December 12th parent meeting is canceled. Most of the committee is unable to attend that day, and we already have the plan in place for the December pack meeting. The next parent meeting will be January 16th.

2) There is a social event planned for Saturday, January 11th, to take the place of the pack bowling event that was postponed in November. We are looking into Airtime (trampolines!) as a possible activity. More details to follow.

3) The next PACK meeting is Thursday, December 19th at 6:30 PM. 

A. We will be making holiday cards to deliver to the VA Hospital in Ann Arbor. We have many cards leftover from last year, so it isn't necessary to buy new ones to donate. However, if you have extras at home that you would like to bring, that would be welcome. Donations of holiday stickers to help decorate the cards would be welcome as well.

B. Please bring a package of new men's socks. We will have a "snowball" fight with the socks. The socks are donated to a winter shelter after the meeting.

C. Advancement awards and popcorn prizes will be handed out!

D. You are invited to bring a dessert for a holiday dessert potluck to add to the festive atmosphere!
