Hi Pack 122 scouts & parents,

CONTACT FOR SUMMER CAMP

This year the Fishers Pack 122 camp coordinator is Keith Musser, father of Bear Scout David Musser.  Please direct all camp-related correspondence to me at mailto:kmusser...@idi-software.com.

ELIGIBILITY

I would like to clarify eligibility for Cub Scout summer camps (THIS IS A LITTLE DIFFERENT THAN WHAT I TOLD SOME OF YOU IN DECEMBER, SO PLEASE READ CAREFULLY):

• BELZER - All scouts currently at the rank of Tiger, Wolf, Bear, or Webelo1 are eligible for Belzer Day Camp.
  
• CAMP K - Scouts currently at the rank of Bear or Webelo1 are ALSO eligible for Webelos Adventure Camp at Camp Kikthawenund.
• BOY SCOUT CAMP - Scouts currently at the rank of Webelo2 will be advancing to Boy Scouts and are eligible to attend Boy Scout Camp.
  

We are coordinating Pack 122's participation in BELZER DAY CAMP for week 1 (June 10-14) and WEBELOS ADVENTURE CAMP at Camp Kikthawenund (dates TBD, see below).  If you are a Webelo2 and wish to go to BOY SCOUT CAMP, please contact the Boy Scout Troop you'll be joining to get registered.

CORRECTION #1 - When I signed you up in December, I didn't realize that CAMP K was open to our current Bears.  If any of you Bears who signed up with me for BELZER would like to go to CAMP K, either in addition or instead of BELZER, please contact me as soon as possible.   NOTE:  CAMP K ("Webelos Adventure Camp") is designed for you!

CORRECTION #2 - Also, if any of your Webelo1's who signed up with me in December want to go to BELZER either in addition or instead of CAMP K, please contact me as soon as possible.

IS THERE STILL TIME? - Maybe.  If any of you didn't sign up with me in December but wish to go to summer camp, please contact me as soon as possible.

ADULT VOLUNTEERS NEEDED - We need adult volunteers to help for Belzer.  Please contact me if you are able to help all week or even for a day or two.

REGISTRATION PENDING - CAMP K "WEBELOS ADVENTURE CAMP" (OVERNIGHT)

The following Webelo1 boys expressed interest in Camp K.

BEARS (i.e. FUTURE WEBELO1's) NEEDED - As stated above, CAMP K is for Webelos.  Current Bears and Webelos1 are eligible.  We currently have no Bears signed up because of my earlier misunderstanding of this eligibility rule.  Please contact me ASAP if you're interested.

ADULT LEADERS REQUIRED - I need at least 2 adult leaders who will be at CAMP K at all points in time.  I need someone, preferably a parent of one of these boys, to be the primary leader -- who will be there the entire time.  I want this primary leader to be identified before we pay the registration fee. It's an overnight camp, so it will require some commitment.  I haven't personally been to CAMP K, but it looks like a lot of fun for the boys (and for the leaders).

DATES? - CAMP K is 4 days & 3 nights.  Lots of sessions are available.  Since we don't have too many boys, I'd like to find a session that works for EVERYONE who's interested.  Here are the possible sessions:

• Session 1: June 9-12  <<<  Not being considered, as it overlaps with our week at BELZER
  
• Session 2: June 12-15 <<<  Not being considered, as it overlaps with our week at BELZER
• Session 3: June 16-19
• Session 4: June 19-22
• Session 5: June 23-26
• Session 6: June 26-29
• Session 7: June 30-July 3
• Session 8: July 7-10
• Session 9: July 10-13
• Session 10: July 14-17
• Session 11: July 17-20
