Good afternoon everyone,
I just wanted to send out some information about this weekends Pinewood Derby event. Friday, 2/8 from 6-8pm we will have the weigh-in at the Promise Church. This is necessary to determine whether your car is eligible to race. There will be 2 packs there so please make sure to go to the correct pack table. Also, if you plan on using graphite for your car this will need to happen outside because it makes a big mess.
The race begins Saturday, 2/9 at 1pm. We will have a concession stand with a few items for sell (drinks and snacks) and we will also have signups for the Blue and Gold Banquet. You do not need to pay for the banquet this weekend we just need to collect a headcount. So, if you are interested in the Blue and Gold Banquet please meet with Aaron Stults who will have a table setup.
