To: Parents of Belzer Day Camp Participants,

Summer is coming, and Belzer Day Camp will soon be upon us!  If your son is attending, you've already signed up, but there are just three more steps to complete, and then you'll be ready.

Step 1 - Medical form & Health Insurance information

Step 2 - T-Shirt Size

Step 3 - Final Payment

The required forms are attached to this email.  Please fill out the forms and bring them to the pack meeting this Monday (March 11), along with your payment.

NOTES:

1.  Helpful hint: your son's immunization record is on the school's Skyward account.  This can help fill out the form!

2.  If you don't take care of these at the March 11 pack meeting, you have until April 1 to complete Steps 1 & 2, and until May 15 to provide final payment.

3.  If you're going to Webelo Adventure Camp (Camp K), look for a separate email.
