Cub Scouts Pack 116 - Meeting on 09/20/2022

Good morning PArents of Pack 116,

Our next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday evening, September 20th at 6:00 PM.  We will meet at Ridgeview Park, just north of McGraw Elementary on Hinsdale Drive.

We will be working on knot tying (square, overhand, and bowline knots), games.  We will give updates on the progress of popcorn sales and recognize those who have been selling.  We will also begin working on Bobcat requirements (the first rank achieved in Cub Scouting) for any of our new Cubs.

Pack dues need to be received by November 1, 2022.  The cost is $250 per Scout. You can offset these costs by selling popcorn.  You can make a payment to Pack 116 via check.  Our treasurer, Dan Wangnild, will be available to collect dues and chat about any questions you may have.

We are looking to grow our Pack with terrific families like yours!  If you know of other friends who be interested in the Cub Scout program, please invite them to join us at a meeting.  Cub Scouts focuses on building character, patriotism, citizenship in our community and leadership skills in our children through activities in the outdoors with parent involvement.
