Cub Scouts Pack 116 - Reminder - We meet tomorrow morning

Good morning Pack 116 Parents,

This is a friendly reminder we will be meeting tomorrow morning at Maxwell Natural Area at 9:00 AM as a Pack.  We plan to wrap the gathering up at 10:30 AM.  We will be splitting off into Dens to work on our hiking and nature adventure requirements.  Please come dressed in a Cub Scout T-shirt or your Class A uniform.  Remember to bring your six essentials in your hiking pack:

-First-aid kit

-Flashlight

-Filled water bottle

-Trail food / snack

-sun protection

-whistle

Please bring your face covering / mask as we will be practicing the social distancing guidelines as set forth by the Larimer County Health Department.  We will be having each family sign in so that we may keep a record of who attends and the best way to get in touch with you after the event should a health concern arise.

If you have any neighborhood friends who would like to visit our Pack or come along for our hike, please invite them to join us.  We are actively looking to grow our Pack and your friends may be looking for some outdoor adventures in these unique times.

Popcorn Sales - Wal-Mart Popcorn sales are happening this evening and tomorrow at the Wal-Mart on Harmony and College.  Please be sure to see the email that Robert Kaczanowski sent earlier this week to sign up for a time to sell.  This is our only major fundraiser for the Pack and we have been fortunate to have been granted a spot next to Wal-Mart this year in light of COVID circumstances.  

SPECIAL ASK - Would you please RSVP to this email to let us know if your Scout will be participating in our program this year?  We are trying to get an idea of how many Scouts to plan for and what our budget will look like.  

If you choose not to participate, please know you are ALWAYS WELCOME back at any time.  This is a special group of kids and we treasure each Scout for their unique spirit, friendship and all that they bring to our group.
