Greetings Parents,

I. Tomorrow's derby has moved again to Sat. 3/8/25. Sorry for any confusion. For those that haven't finished their cars, please bring them Monday so you can finish them at the end of the meeting.

II. 2/24 Theme: Family & Reverence

• Bear: Fellowship
• Webelos: My Family
• AOL: Duty to God

III. Camp Cards

• Nicole still has lots of cards left for cubs to sell. Cut off date isn’t until April.

IV. Scout Challenge: Sat. 3/15 @ Bert Adams

• Registration closes midnight Sat. 2/22/25.
• AOLs have the option to participate the entire weekend as a part of Boy Scouts (please contact Ron so he can get you properly registered) or just on Sat as part of the Cub Scouts.

V. Spring Camping 4/25-4/27 @Bert Adams

• Pricing:

1. $35/cubs (is included in your membership fees & paid for by the pack. Parents are responsible for all other children 5 and up who are not paid cub scouts.)

2. $20/adult

3. Free for all children 4 and under

• New Health forms needed BSA Medical Form. Sections A and B1 & B2 need to be completed.

VI. Ceremonies:

• Blue & gold (all scouts): Mon. 4/28/25 6:30pm
• AOL crossover (only AOLs): Tues 4/29/25 6:30pm
• Crossover meeting: Tues. 3/25/25 6:30pm5th grade Cub Scouts are invited to visit with our Boy Scout Troop. Cubs and parents will learn about how Boy Scouts work along with having a little fun with the Troop.

VIII. Missed adventures 

• Parents if your cub has missed any adventures, there are some you can do at home. Scouts work on an honor code system. You can do the adventure, take a pic, and send it to your cub’s den leader. Please reach out to your assigned den leader if you have any questions. They should be able to tell you what adventure was done on a certain date.

IX. As the end of the year approaches, we want to remind you that we are looking for leaders for next year. Our pack needs the support and active participation that each family contributes as we strive to provide a fun and successful program year. If you are interested, please let us know.
