This meeting will be at the Scout Shop. The Council will preview the
council agenda and hopefully answer any questions concerning Pop Corn
Sales.

I received a letter about this in the mail yesterday. The Spindletop Program Review is from 8-10.

The Popcorn Training is from 10-12.

At the very least, the Popcorn Kernal, Committee Chairperson & Cubmaster should attend the Program Review & the Popcorn Kernal needs to attend the Popcorn Training.

This meeting will also be immediately followed by the roundup / buzz-up training.

So, I am assuming that the roundup / buzz=up training will be from 12 - 2 or has the time been decided?

George said they are waiting on a couple of dates from Trinity District to be finalized and then they will post it.

The Trinity District was the first district to add anything to the calendar.
