AutoCAD tables, styles not following rules

while trying to place a data-link file into Autocad, the table style
options don't follow the style settings set in the style settings.

I set the styles to be uppercase of all letters in the style

Inserted the table to follow the standards set within the style

it did not follow the style settings, it did not capitilize the
letters

I sent this to Autodesk, and in doing so, found out that this is a
known issue from autodesk since 2007. The guy I spoke to from
autodesk said he is going to send this upstream to development and
that hopefully this will be available in future releases
