Missing Panel and/or Browser Bar

Had a customer call who was missing panel and browser bar

Under view toolbars these options were selected, therefore they should
be showing up

however, they were not showing up. They were somewhere off in space
off the screen

the easy way to get it back is to do a regedit and change a reg value.

on our forum, I have posted a word document which steps through the
procedure of changing these values within your registry.


Note: This will also be a fix for us laptop users who accidentally
undock and leave our toolbars on the other screen.
