I booked the flat in pride towers in 2014 and builder promised to deliver the flat by mid of 2015. Pacifica has broken every norm of advertising, by misleading advertisements, promising an club house of large proportions, delaying the flat by almost 5 yrs. This is clearly a breach by RERA guidelines and a case could be filed.
