We purchased a 4bhk but they are delaying registration because of some audit. Do you have any such information ?

Have you booked the flat in pride towers? If so please check the TNRERA order dated 8th February against Pacifica... They cannot sell the flat or sign contract till they got registered with TNRERA.. Before going for registration please take the legal opinion whether it complies terms and conditions as per rera rules... The builder is notorious for cheating the customer...

Please share your experience, you caution me not to buy so that i can stop spending my hard money or you can recommend me to go ahead with happiness to join you people.

We bought our flat in Pride Towers in 2013 Jan which was supposed to have been handed over to us by 2014.
Till date the flat is not handed over to us and no commitment to deliver it in another one year too with 85 per of flat cost already with him !
The Pacifica company is known for false promises so those who are intending to buy newly please thoroughly do your analysis before taking a decision, please don't get trapped like us. we are in the process of filing a legal case against the builder.
