Dear Present Elected body members,



Due to unprecedented issues in Election process, several flaws in Appointment and operations of the Election Officer,( May not be wilful)an Emergency Owners meeting may be called for to discuss the issues viz.,postpone the Election, extension of present Office bearers' tenure, till conducting and completion of the next Election etc., before 15 th instant .You have to note that the appointment of Election Officer has not been approved by Owners in any Owners meetings, including AGM, failure in publishing Voter list etc., which is a prerequisite for Election process.There are other irregularities too. Otherwise, the issue will be litigated.

Hence, all the issues have to be streamlined and  a concrete decision on this have to be taken by the Owners.
