Any one got letter from registration office to pay additional amount for already registered apartments

Hi, I registered apartments on D block on 2015.yesterday received letters from registration office saying that you have to pay 21000 towards registration charges as sqft rates are revised to 4000, but you have paid as per old rates. This amount need to pay within 21 days. As entire registration process is taken care by Pacifica , I only given amount requested by pacifica team

Any one faced this situation guide me

Hi,

I too received the letter from the registration office. What should I do? Can anyone please guide me on this? 

Should I go to Thiruporur registration office to pay the amount? Will they be working on Saturday?
