I would like to complaint about the builder “Pacifica Companies – Pacifica Aurum’ and below is the Address

I booked a flat in ‘Pacifica Companies – Pacifica Aurum’ in the month of March 2013 and the Unit no is D403 – Phase 2. Within 30 days I made the 20% down payment as per the builder request and I have signed the agreements in the month of August 2013. After the agreements sign up I waited for the demand letter to make my next payment but till January 2014 I did not receive any demand letter. So I requested the company representative to send me the demand letter, after several follow ups through emails and calls I received the demand letter finally. When I look into the letter I were shocked, because it has been quoted that I need to pay the interest amount Rs 58000 which has been incurred starting from May 23, 2013 for not paying amount on due date.
My first complaint here is I did not receive any demand letter from builders for May month due, however the interest has been incurred from May without any prior intimation/notice to the customers. How can the builders expect me to pay the interest amount without informing me the payment due date, if they would have request for the payment on time definitely I would have done my payments on time. When it is not my mistake why should I bear the interest amount Rs58000/-. I requested the manger(Mr.Sameul) to cancel the interest but he hesitate to listen my words, he doesn’t apologize for the mistake what he has done instead he imposed me to make the payments, this is totally unfair and it is like cheating the customers without their knowledge. I tried complaining the head office of ‘Pacifica Companies’ but there is no use.
My second complaint is I signed up the agreements in the month of August 30, 2013, the next 20% should be done after only upon the agreements sign up but in my case the interest have been imposed from May 23,2013 onwards from this itself it is clearly visible that they are trying to cheat their customers.
Am totally unsatisfied with Pacifica Aurum project, customer handling also too worst, there is no professionalism in their service they won’t take any responsibilities you need to beg at back of them all the time when you request for documents and clarifications. There is no quality in there agreement’s also there were too many of mistakes in my agreements, I gone through line by line and identified mistakes in Sq.ft area and Sq.ft rate which is not an acceptable mistakes when you considering an agreement and this clearly reflects their quality of their work. Most of my friends who bought flats in Pacifica Aurum also facing the same problem So friends, my friendly advice is not to buy flats in Pacifica Aurum don’t waste your money in investing ‘Pacifica Aurum’ they will not keep you updated for payments instead they would start incurring the interest without your knowledge. At last you need bear the interest amount when it is not your mistake.
I had a big dream to buy a flat in gated community but now all my dreams is going to be a dream forever. I got tired fighting with them and lost my patience, am decided to cancel the project and now for cancelling also they would charge 10%. of all payments already made. It’s all my fate. I have done a blunder mistake by choosing Pacifica Aurum projects.

Good to know that they waived off your interest.Agree that person to person the case is different.
Can you share the details whom do approach for this waiver? Can h share their mail or contacts,it will bd useful for all of us.
