Pacific DL-155 Reloader questions

Hello,

About 30 years ago my mother bought my father, my brothers and I a Pacific DL-155 reloader for Christmas.  It's got dies for 10,12,20 and 410.  The sad thing is we never ran a shell through it.  This year a Christmas my eleven year old son (who is an avid hunter) found the reloader in Grandma & Grandpa's basment.  We ended up bringing it home but my son shoots a 28 gauge and we have no idea where to purchase the dies.  Can you direct us to where we can purchase 28 gauge dies for our very old DL-155?

Also 28 gauge shells are very expensive to purchase in the store.  Do you have a guess how much it cost to reload a box of 28 gauge shells?
