New Facilitators

I thought I would be the first to post a message on here. I wanted to
thank each of you for attending the facilitator training on September
24th. It's nice to have more folks prepared to do the trainings here
in Spokane and Coeur d'Alene. I hope each of you are excited about
doing some trainings and getting this important information out to all
youth-serving adults. I had mentioned the potential for creating a
clearinghouse for materials, and developing a speakers bureau, to help
organize ourselves, but I'm not sure where this stands at this moment.
However, I would like to see if it would be possible to focus Stewards
of Children (SOC) on different industries, i.e. higher education,
public schools, faith organizations, sports programs, women's groups,
etc. Wherever we, as a group might have connections or personal
strengths/skills. By pooling our resources perhaps we can reach larger
numbers of participants. Also, since I am able to concentrate half of
my working time to SOC I would be more than willing to help with
making contacts, presenting information, making phone calls, etc. Just
let me know!
