(#3) Vitamin C helps boost Iron. Some good iron sources in food are
Apricot, Raisins, Leafy Greens, Lima Beans, Green Peas, Potatoes with
skin, and sweet potatoes.
Should take 2000 IU Vitamin D
Vitamins should be USP certified (costco sells these types)
