A few question I have??
I do not like the chewable Calciums like the ones that are tums
texture but I am having a big problem taking my calciums because I
have to cut them into 4 small pieces to swallow each pill that takes
forever to take. What type do you all take?

Does anyone check their PH level to see where they are in acid?

I have been extremely tired lately and even at times have hard time
sleeping did anyone experience this at about 6months out?

Lastly how long did your stalls last when you hit one.

thank you all for reading this

I only take a Centrum chewable and a sublingual B12. So I am not much help on the vitamins, But they do have liquid calcium thru a few sources have you tried them. I did just come off of a 8 week stall. It was horrible and I hit mine at about 5 months out and it went on for about 2 month. I even wrote in about it and just as I did that I came off of it. I had my surgery 9/16/10 so I am not too far from your surgery. Hang in there!

Hi Faedra - good questions! I like the Bariatric Advanatage Calcium
chews. And a reminder that WLS patients need Calcium Citrate... very
important!! Not other forms of calcium. Also check out this site for
lots of ideas on calcium.

I've never checked my acid. What's that for?

Take care, Monica
