Bob and I will skate Crown Hill tomorrow at 6 pm, providing it doesn’t rain…too hard. Great 2.5 mile course with great pavement and very little traffic (other than the mower crew, which are generally on the grass). Has lots of hills and turns (left AND right), so great technical practice. And… if you feel you’re in less than race day form, it’s great for the opportunity to drop and be picked up again.
