The 1st Inline Marathon in China Beijing

The inline marathon is really new for the skaters in China. Recently, they figured out an inline skate marathon in Beijing. Due to time and long travel, I don't think we can go to that marathon, except for Tom G, who may have chance to try.
If there was a road to Beijing, Bob would be the person to drive there for this Marathon.
Anyway, here is some infor:

Sunday, 16th June, 2013

Registration:
Registration is possible by sending an email providing with following information:  
  • Your full name
  • Your gender
  • Date of birth
  • Event you want to participate in: 42km or 21km
  • Your contact number

Registration email: john1...@hotmail.com

Registration confirmations will be emailed to participants in 24 hours after receiving your registration email.

Registration is also possible on spot on the race day of 16th June, 2013.

Registration fee: 80 CNY for email registrations, or 200 CNY for registrations on spot.

Payment: Please pay your registration fee on spot on the race day when collecting your race number.

Registration Limit of participation: 176

Deadline for registration: Registration is possible until the race day unless the limit has been reached earlier.

Competition:
Starting Time of Competition:  9:00 am

Flag down (Finish) time:  Finish closes for inline skaters at 11:30 am (time limit: 2:30 h)

The race will start regardless of the weather,rain or shine.

Race Course:
Race course is a fully traffic blocked rural circle road with length approx 7km a loop. The surface of the road is very smoothly.

Race Number:
Race numbers have to be collected at the check in desk on the assembly area close to the Starting Line from 7:00 to 8:30 am on the race day, 16th June, 2013.

The HRIM is organized according to the regulations for competition of the China Roller Skating and Inline Association. Helmets are required for all inline skaters, protective gear is recommended.
   
Categories:
Separate results for men of skating for 42km:

Group A  (U19): Born after 1994
Group B  ( U29): Born between 1984 to 1993
Group C (U39): Born between 1974 to 1983  
Group D  (U49): Born between 1964 to 1973
Group E   (U59): Born between 1954 to 1963
Group F   (A60) :  Born before 31 Dec. 1953   
   
Refreshments:
Bottled drinking water will be supplied during the race at a specific desk on the course, free of charge.   

Awards:
All participants will receive a certificate at the finish line. The top 6 of each group will be awarded a medal.

How to get there from downtown by car:

Way1) Take the Beijing-Chengde Express Way (京承高速公路)until the Exit 15. Driving out from Exit 15 and  then   continue to drive 8 km along the Yangyan Rd.
         
Way 2)Take the Beijing-Miyun High Way (京密路)untill  the Exit of Beifang Xiqiao(北房西桥), and then continue to drive up (north) 2 km.
