Pioneer Farms Field Trip

Our Pioneer Farms field trip will be here before you know it and we need your help to make it a successful trip! Thank you to the parents who came to the information night and donated already.

At the bottom of this e-mail are two links to sign up, one for non-perishable items and one for perishable meal items/cooking supplies ... both are asking for the remaining items we need for the field trip. If we could have all items accounted for in the next week or so that would be amazing.

We are asking that all non-perishables be delivered to school by May 23rd. There is a large tub in the classroom to collect them. If you are donating a perishable meal item/cooking supplies, please bring it to school by 8am on May 31st. If you cannot bring the item to school that morning, but you would like to donate, please contact me and we'll work something out. 

I have also attached the information I shared last Thursday night with a modified power point. The packing list shows what each child should bring. It's important that each child has their own mess kit and each of their belongings are clearly labeled. 

On the day of the field trip please send your child with a sack lunch and snack as we'll be eating once we arrive at Pioneer Farms.
