Future version 1.6.0 of pac4j

The version 1.6.0 of pac4j will be released soon. If you have something in mind that you'd like to add, raise your hand quick.

This new version will be compiled in Java 6 (and no more in Java 5): speak up if you have any concerns.

I created a new pull request containing some changes needed for successful integration with Microsoft ADFS using SAML2:

I thought you might want to include it into 1.6.0 too.

Hi,

Thanks for the PR. I made a few comments. It would be great to put it in the 1.6.0 as this version will be integrated in all libraries.

However, I'm not very comfortable with SAML, I'd like Michaël (who is currently in holidays for 2 weeks) to take a look before merging.

Don't be surprised if you don't get a feedback before one - two weeks.
