Monthly Contribution to company-URGENT

Dear All,

 

As you are all aware that we are about to start some civil work at Meerut for which we were trying some fund arrangement, in view of this, we had arranged and got sanctioned a personal loan for Mr. Jaideep Lakhtakia for Rs. 10 Lacs which will subsequently transfer to company through a suitable mode, details of which is as below;

 

Loan amount                                       Rs. 10 Lac

Tenure                                                 4 Years

EMI                                                      28340

Prepayment charges                           5% of Principal outstanding or interest outstanding for the unexpired period of the loan, whichever is lower

Processing fee                                     2% of loan amount (service tax extra)

 

 

 

In this scenario, we need to contribute Rs. 5700 (in case of 5 person [except  Mr. Vikram]) monthly without fail towards company as share application money and the same will be returned to Mr. Jaideep through a suitable mechanism

 

Kindly give your consent before opting the same.

 

I am ok with it and ready to contribute monthly
