Progress of Works

Dear All,

Greetings!!

It is our pleasure to inform you that We have started a new assignment in Ansal
Heights, Gurgaon also from last friday. At the same time, work in the Noida
Extension is also at full pace and today we are ready to cast slab by today or
tomorrow.

Till date, we have received total Fund for amounting for Rs 7.32/- Lacs
(4.72+1.0+0.2+1.4) for execution of works at Noida. Our billing for Noida works
will be done after 15th Jan and hopefully payment for approx. 1.5 Lacs will be
provided in the end of the month.

Further, our next fund requirement will be as below:

Approx. Rs 5.72 Lacs for Noida works (Rs 2.5 Lacs immediately and balance 3.22 in
next 15 days)
Approx. Rs 7.0 Lacs for Gurgaon Works ( Rs 4.0 Lacs immediately for this months
and 3.0 Lacs for next month)

Further, we have complete registration for VAT, EPF and ESIC on urgent basis
because it is required for billing. For this total expenditure is Rs 1.25 Lacs.

In addition of that right now mine and Jaideep sir's vehicles are engaged in the
site works. Therefore we have purchase an old vehicle with CNG fittings also which
costs total 1.5 lacs.

Therefore our immediate requirement is Rs 9.25 Lacs and for next month is Rs 6.22
Lacs). Regarding status of cash Ajeet will inform separately. Therefore it is
requested that our immediate cash requirement could be meet out asap so that we
can expedite our works at site for better progress. It is also requested that
kindly confirm your status asap so we can plan it accordingly because we have a
lot of pressure for work also.

Dear All,

 

As you are aware that we have started our IInd site at Gurgaon and it is in full flash working. As per requirement received from Mr. P Dubey, we would be requiring 1.25 Lacs for Gaur City, Noida Extension site and Rs. 0.75 for Ansal Gurgaon Site.
