pradeep dubey- Meerut assignment

Dear All,

It is with respect to Building works in Meerut. Total Contract value for this works is 50.0 Lacs. For delivery of job, a suitable person will supervise round the clock. In addition of that, myself will also monitor on daily basis and will supervise for two days in week. I will try to be present in all the crtical activities and as & when required basis. Addition manpower of 4 skilled and 4 unskilled mazdoor will also be required for smooth delivery. For executing specific work works, it will be done through contract basis.

Regarding cashflow requirement, 3 lacs will be required for development of min. infra for labour and other requisite arrangements and 4 lacs for executing first month works. Another 5 lacs will be required in next months. However we can expect first running payment in end of 2nd month. Payment are on milestone basis. we can achieve first milestone of work up to plinth beam level in first month itself. But for safety it is better to manage 2nd month from our own resources.

We can expect more than 10% margin with out any commission and BD expenses.

We are expecting this work within one week time. Therefore i need your support and suggestions to execute it successfully.

Dear All,

The call money demanded by Ajeet is initial money required for preliminary expenses to start execution. For execution up to first milestone, min. 4 lacs would be required. It is minimum amount required to execute arround 20% of works in first month only. Some amount will be on credit basis which is excluded. Therefore this money wil also be required in another week time.
