I have two comments on the statement sent by you.

1 This statement is not showing the contribution made by me through HDFC Back
Cheque (Favoring- Ajeet Singh, Ch No- 285102, Dated-02.09.2010)

2 Transaction dated 31.03.2012. I am not aware of this transaction. Pl confirm the
details of this transaction.

Dear AG Bhai,

 

Mentioned points by you are about initial subscription where you have transferred Rs.10K in my account. I have taken withdrawl the same and introduced in company account as cash dated 09-08-2010 as per sent statement. Therefore, no reference of HDFC cheque will reflect in company account.

 

For second point, at that time, we have already allotted the capital (as on 09-08-2010) assuming all share application money received in time. so we have shown an adjustment entry of rest money (20K-10=10K, Rs. 6,660 adjusted in your account and rest for Mr. Vikram as other share holders also given on behalf of him) was shown received by you in time and after allottment has been refunded to you by adjusting the same from Rs. 30 K received as on 13-12-2011.
