Good Morning Dr. Emory,
We have CSRE expected to arrive at Frisbie within the next few weeks for our survey. We are performing compliance audits on many areas daily in preparation. One fallout we are finding is the labeling of medications, specifically during blocks. The nurses are putting the stickers on the packaging for the syringes for lido and bupi and they are not always being labeled.  The nurses are going to be verifying med labels during the time-out going forward. Could you communicate this plan with the group, so they are aware?
