Subject: Request to Distribute CRNA Practice Pattern Survey – Dexmedetomidine in Regional Anesthesia
To: Julie Daniels McCurdy <jdani...@une.edu>

Dear CRNA Clinical Coordinators and CRNAs,

I am sending this on behalf of Julie Daniels McCurdy, DNP/CRNA candidate, who is currently completing a DNP scholarly project focused examining CRNA practice patterns related to the use of dexmedetomidine as an adjuvant in brachial plexus peripheral nerve blocks.
We are requesting your assistance in distributing a brief, digital survey to CRNAs within your organization. The survey takes approximately 8–12 minutes to complete and is intended to describe current practice patterns, dosing strategies, and factors influencing the use of dexmedetomidine in regional anesthesia. No identifying information is collected, and participation is entirely voluntary.
While there is no direct benefit to participants, the results may help inform future research, education, and clinical guidance related to regional anesthesia practice. Your support in sharing this survey link with your CRNAs is very appreciated.
If you have any questions, please reach out to either Dr. Keri Flavin at UNE, or Julie directly. If you are willing to assist, please share the following survey link:
Please visit the survey at: https://forms.gle/mBwrWp92Dj4AooeL9

Thank you for your time and consideration.
Sincerely,
Julie Daniels McCurdy, MSN, SRNA
