LEGAL NOTICE Limerick Township Zoning Hearing NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
in accordance with the Limerick Township Zoning Ordinance of 1961, as
amended, of a hearing before the Limerick Township Zoning Hearing
Board on September 30, 2004, at 6:30 p.m. at the Limerick Township
Building, 646 W. Ridge Pike, Limerick, Pennsylvania, 19468, on the
Application of Malcolm and Shirley Shearer for the following relief
from the Limerick Township Zoning Ordinance: 1. A special exception
pursuant to Section 184-70 of the Ordinance to permit the premises to
be used as a two dwelling unit building. The premises affected is 1170
Main Street, Limerick Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. At
the time of the hearing any person or parties interested will be given
full opportunity to be heard. The Board reserves the right to conduct
