After Bruce Cooper had completed addressing the board about the leaking
roof on a structural building, Superintendent Coale asked the board, "To
what degree do you want to fix the roof?" Board member Robert Weber's
response was swift and to the point. "So it doesn't leak," said Weber

Another meeting with Dr. Coale - A parent told Coale that the roof was
leaking into a bucket next to her child's desk. Coale responded, "What
color was the water?"
