Product Support Rep III
Job Number: 84P-109
Will be responsible for performing fabrication, on-site installation, servicing and repair of VTEL videoconferencing and related equipment. Will instruct customers in the operation and capabilities of systems. Will serve as liaison with the customer for administrative and technical matters. 65% travel required.
Requirements: BS Degree or equivalent experience in electronics. Familiarity with cable termination, rack wiring, testing and troubleshooting skills are a must. Good communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with customers necessary.
