is receiving in excess of 120,000 hits a month and will give
you a higher level of exposure than you get from companies
offering to put you in their files, then only letting their

Network fall into this genre).
Experience has shown us that many companies looking for
qualified employees are excluded by the larger services
simply because it does not pay them to put out a large
sum of money to a resume database service for the number
of employees they hire over a year.
This hurts you in your job search. Most companies that
are hiring today are small companies, not the multi-nationals.
By placing your resume in a hidden database, you exclude
thousands of smaller firms, that might hire you, from
reviewing your resume.
We know it is important to post your resume in as many
places as possible to maximize your exposure. You should
post to the newsgroups so the larger companies can draw
your name up and into their databases. You should post with
the private "For Free" databases because that is where
their client companies look first. AND you should post
in an OPEN database, like ours, which offers the exposure
of the newsgroups, the longevity & stability of a World Wide
Web site and the Opportunity for the rest of the World
Wide Web to see your credentials.
Remember, most of the employment growth is occuring in small
businesses and start-up companies, NOT the big multi-nationals.
Our purpose is to provide both you and them an inexpensive way
to find each other.
Our OPEN database is for ALL employers to use at the WWW
address listed below. We have over 450 different occupations
listed. Our site is based on the Occupational Employment
Statistics codes, rather than geography or search engine
cgi bins. We do not sell resumes, nor do we accept fee
splitting from recruiters.

post and we know there are lots of places to present your
credentials for free, however very few of these sites offer
free viewing of your resume to the general recruiting
population, in fact, most sell your resume to employers.
To post for 1 year is $45.00, (Hyperlink $10.00 per year) and
we put your resume on a web page within 3 occupational categories
in our presentation. Your resume is then linkable and accessable to
1,000's more human resources professionals than is at present.
If you are an Engineer, we offer a package with a subscription to our
Newsletter, The Internet Digest - Spotlight on Engineering. If you
subscribe to this newsletter for 6 months at $55.00US or 1 year at
$70.00US, we will post your resume into the occupational matrix described
above at no additional charge.
This newsletter Spotlights companies found, in often obscure web sites
and databases, that are currently advertising for engineers. It is Mailed
to your home on the first of each month. July's issue had 314 companies
listed, in about 15 different engineering disciplines. It has contact
information, email addresses, web site URLS and other information to
allow you submit your resumes to companies that are currently advertising
for people in your field. It is a great networking tool and resource. If
