Description: Summary: The Front Desk Agent is responsible for maintaining proper inventory of guest rooms, tracking vacancies, assigning rooms, and providing excellent customer service to all patrons.
Essential Duties/Skills Required: -Register arriving guests and assign rooms -Answer inquiries regarding resort services and related information -Respond to guests complaints courteously and in a helpful demeanor -Compile and record daily record sheets, guest accounts, and vouchers -Completes reports as assigned in relation to guest accounts -Communicates with housekeeping to ensure rooms should be put back into inventory and available for assignment -Notifies guests of any complaints or special requests -Must have at least an associates degree/technical school, or equivalent work experience -Must have excellent communication skills -Must be able to stand for the duration of your shift -Must have prior hotel experience/guest services experience
PREVIOUS HOTEL FRONT DESK EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED.
