The owner Tom Elhajj is well known for lying about vehicle history,
condition and odometer rollback. He sells his vehicles on Ebay under
the usernames "dealsonbay" and "affordabletruck".
I have found several people online that have been scammed by Tom
Elhajj and E Motors. He owns many businesses in the Harrisburg area
including Affordable cars and trucks. If you have been scammed by Tom
