Also, there is a free women's intro to cross clinic, run by Kristen Gavin, for women new to cross that starts at 8 am. Registration is through bikereg.com, where you can also register for the race until tomorrow at noon.

Hey ya'll. Things are shaping up nicely for the race. Obviously, we're getting a little weather, so we will have to do some tweaks to the course to minimize potential damage. Fact is - we're gonna get muddy this weekend. We will have people/bike washes set up near the pits as well as near the fieldhouse.
Please remember we are GUESTS of Bryn Athyn College.
If you are muddy, please hose off before entering the fieldhouse. We have an awesome facility available to us, including hot showers. Save us all a headache - hose off before entering the said showers. I know Nittany had a heck of a time dealing with mud in their showers - having to actually clean them out with a shovel. We want to avoid that.
Also - Bryn Athyn College takes great pride in the appearence of their sports fields. Therefore, we must insist that there be NO RIDING ON ANY SPORTS FIELDS.
Another housekeeping note - the college will be having a quick student fun race between the conclusion of the 12PM races and the beginning of the 1:15 Elite Women race. It will be run on the fieldhouse portion of the course and will be about 5 minutes or so in duration. Please show them your support.
