2011 PA Women's Series wrap up

Hi All,

Sorry for the delay, but the points were tallied and the winners of the 2011 PA Women's Series are Jacqueline McClure (cat 4) and Laura Hellenthal (cat 3).  Congratulations, Ladies!    Andy from Revolution Wheelworks presented both Laura and Jacqueline with a brand new set of wheels.  Pictures can be found on the PA Women's Racing Facebook page.  Thanks to everyone that participated in this years series.  We are looking forward to doing it again for 2012.

Congrats also to the 2011 PA BAR Winners.  Elite Women - Jessica Chong, Women 3 - Julia Lonchar, Women 4 - Jacqueline McClure, and 35+ - Dana Walton.  PA BAR results

Did anyone else happen to notice the podium for the USA CRITS Championship Series was owned by PA Women racers?  Congrats Erica Aller, Kacey Manderfield and Laura Van Gilder!  Nicely done!  USA CRITS Champions

On a final note, Victoria and I are looking for a few good women to help out with the committee.  We could use some help with planning the 2012 series, keeping the website/Facebook page fresh and up to date, etc.  We'd also like to see more focus in other diciplines such as track, MTB, and Cyclocross.  If you are willing to help out, or just have feedback to contribute, please send and email to Victoria or myself.
