We are two weeks out from the 3rd Annual Free Women's CX Clinic taught by Arley Kemmerer and Rachel Rubino! This year, we are super excited that Team Laser Cats is sponsoring the venue at Fort Washington State Park! Link to sign up for the clinic is HERE. Please register in advance to save time. We will be charging a fee day of.

Remember that if you are so new to CX that you don't have a CX bike, you can borrow one from Bicycle Therapy through the Team Laser Cats / Bicycle Therapy partnership program, Rocky Bikes FOR FREE! Sign-up form is HERE, and make sure to talk to someone at the shop about picking up the bike for the clinic. Did I mentioned it's FREE??
