This is good information pertaining to water rights and the law.
I've spoken with Jim Schmid a few times, and he even attended the Ingraffea/Engelder forum, and Jim has expressed a willingness to come and help to educate us on water issues and how we can best protect ourselves, and our water, legally. I suggest considering giving him, and ourselves, that opportunity.
