Changes to Plone4ArtistCalendar tabs

Recently a change was made so that the calendar views no longer are
listed on the tabs. Instead only month/week/day is listed, and if you
want the list views you first have to change to list view, and then
the list or past view, I assume.

There is some problems with this:

Firstly, it means changing views means more clicks. I don't see the
purpose of this.
Secondly, the implementation is currently broken.
Thirdly, the drop down is ugly.

I can be convinced otherwise, but unless some good arguments come
forward for this I'm going to revert these changes before I make a new
release soonish, as I have cleaned up the translations and need to get
a new release with the upcoming Norwegian translation.
