p4a.ploneaudio download and stream icons 3.3.1

Still kicking the tires on p4a, since there is the sprint coming up
I thought I would just keep logging some of the issues I am seeing and
hopefully they can be addressed. I really like what p4a is doing with
media, so please do not misunderstand the deluge of issues I am
raising. I point them out only so they might be addressed. ;)
In a p4a audio file there are 4 icon options for playing the file.
These 4 icons are only present in plone 3.3.1. In plone 3.2.3 and
3.1.2 only two icons are present, the icons for streaming and download
are NOT present. This makes it particular difficult to download the
file. The only way I could do it was to remove the /view portion of
the audio file URL. Not so obvious for most people.
