p4a support for Plone 3.0

I want to give everyone an update on where things are at for making
p4a compatible with Plone 3.0, since this is becoming a common
question among p4a users.

We are finalizing Plone 3.0 support for Plone4ArtistsVideo and
Plone4ArtistsAudio. This work will result in a Plone4Artists 1.1
release which will have both Plone 2.5 and 3.0 support. We are
targeting a Dec. 15 release, so you can get an early Christmas
present. ;)

Subtyping
---------------
Plone4ArtistsVideo and Plone4ArtistsAudio are being upgraded to use
p4a.subtyper and will no longer require CMFonFive (Plone 2.5 & 3.0).

This was the best way to ensure that we'd only have to make the Plone
3.0 compatibility fixes in one place (p4a.subtyper), rather than
having to make them in each and every p4a product. It also eliminates
a lot of redundant code which is always a Good Thing (tm).
