can't run the buildout

i checkout the buildout from http://svn.plone.org/svn/collective/p4a/p4avideo-buildout/trunk/
but when I run it I have the next error:

While:
Installing instance.
Error: There is a version conflict.
We already have: zope.location 0.0
but zope.site 3.9.1 requires 'zope.location>=3.7.0'.

what am I doing wrong?
