P3DB V1.5.0 was released on January 10, 2011. We have collected
phosphorylation data in Arabidopsis thaliana, Medicago truncatula, and
rice, containing 9,665 phosphoproteins, harboring 28,858
phosphosites, from 14 experimental studies. More statistics are
available at http://digbio.missouri.edu/p3db/statistics.php. We also
updated the version of P3DB source code and made it open source at
https://code.google.com/p/p3db/.
